What is the #JefaLife101 Cohort?

The #JefaLife101 cohort is designed to be an eight-week group coaching program where I teach for the first 30 to 45 minutes on a specific theme — what I like to call the 101s of brand strategy and marketing.

We go over topics like time management, goal setting, and what I call my #ShowUpJefa Strategy, which is all about building what you own: your website, your email list, and choosing longform content that lives on your site.

I also teach how to create your own marketing rhythm based on the season you’re in — focusing on a holistic approach to entrepreneurship. Because as Jefas, we hold many hats and carry multiple roles. So whatever strategy we’re building needs to honor your current capacity, not just your ambition.

Once the teaching segment of that week’s topic wraps, we open it up for Jefa hot seats — where each Jefa in the cohort gets 5 to 10 minutes (depending on how many of us are in the room) to practice your introduction.

You’ll share:

Who you are
What you do
Who you serve
How you serve them
And where you’re located

This ends up becoming your pitch — but we like to soften it. We practice it conversationally in a safe space, with fellow Jefas, to help clarify your messaging and give each other input so we can refine those intros together. The goal is to make it easier to call in exactly who you’re here to serve — and sell to — with confidence and clarity.

After practicing your intro, you can ask any question about your business — whether it’s something you’re working through, stuck on, or just want to understand better. I’ll chime in, and so will other Jefas in the room. We strategize juntas — so no one is figuring it out alone.

Week by week, the confidence and clarity builds. You’ll be practicing your intro regularly, getting feedback, and gaining clarity not just on what’s taught — but on whatever you personally need to move the needle in your business.

Then in the final two weeks, we all come together for the 10-day #ShowUpJefa Challenge — 10 days of prompts to help you show up on your preferred platform (most of us are on Instagram), but the goal is to show up together. Even if it’s scary — we do it juntas.

You’ll also get access to a private space inside our community Casita. Jefas who join the cohort get 3 months of continued support beyond the eight weeks.
